Shipping policy

At Al Waleef Canada, we strive to provide the most detailed product descriptions possible, ensuring that you have no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Processing and shipping time: 

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days. After orders are dispatched, it then takes between 10 and 22 business days for your item to arrive at your home.

Order Cancellation: 

We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at yosr.chaalali@hotmail.com as soon as possible. A significant majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it's imperative that you contact us during this period to attempt to cancel your order before it's processed and/or shipped. No cancellation requests can be accommodated if the order has already been processed.

Address Error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address and contact us promptly to specify any modifications. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In such cases, these parcels may be returned to us, but not necessarily in all instances. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer either a refund for your order minus shipping costs or a reshipment, based on your preference. You are not eligible for reshipment or refund until your parcel has been received by the sender.

Return Policy: 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
